Delivery

Bbuys.co.uk and Bbuys.eu use Royal Mail and updates of Royal Mail’s postage charges can be found at http://www.royalmail.com. Presently, Bbuys postage costs are dependent upon the approximated weight of the package (including packaging).

The shipping cost for an individual fragrance normal works out to be between £2.40 and £2.90.

 As a guide the approximate postage costs are:

First Class ( normally via Royal Mail’s Recorded Signed for 'Standard delivery' )  First Class Recorded items are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.

Orders above 2Kg will be priced accordingly. Vinyl records are priced separately starting at £2.89  and the postage cost is based on weight.

Deliveries will normally be dispatched from Bbuys within 1 working day of receiving your order (if the order is received before 2pm) and delivered within 1 to 3 working days. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays or public holidays.

Deliveries are usually between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. An exact time of day for delivery cannot be given. Bbuys aim to deliver your order on the estimated delivery date however we cannot guarantee delivery on this date or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time scale. If the estimated delivery date passes and you have not received all of your order please e-mail customer.relations@bbuys.co.uk or use the contact us page for further information.

 

 

Please note the following:

• If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order at the specified address for any reason, e.g. no one to sign, then a ‘while you were out’ card will be posted to inform you of where your delivery can be picked up. The signatory must be over 16.

• If the parcel goes to the local sorting office or post office, you should collect it within 7 days otherwise Royal Mail will return it to us and any re-delivery charges will be at your own expense.

• You may, when placing your order, specify a different delivery address to that of your billing address, if that is more convenient for you however again please arrange for someone to be available to sign for the delivery.

If an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail or telephone then either provide a refund or provide a date for when we expect the item to be back in stock.
